Design Review & Approval Process: 

• We provide the experience and expertise to present your project to county and city review agencies to provide the necessary approvals that can eventually lead to permit acquisition. This includes presentations of rendered plans, color boards, and material samples. 

Building Permit Acquisition:

• We assist our clients with the submission and acquisition of the required building permits. This may include the collation of plans with other design professionals.

Construction Observation:

• During the life of the construction of your project, we provide periodic and timely oversight to each project through site visits, submittal reviews and RFIs. Planned Concepts can support our clients through their change order management with contractors, along with site plan changes or upgrades, plus supplemental submittals.

Planned Concepts’ landscape designers and architects provide features and systems that are site- and client-specific. For our clients, Planned Concepts plays a vital interpretative role, taking the advice and proposals of many environmental specialists and translating these into sound deliverable plans of action.
